Actor Divya Khossla Kumar slams Alia Bhatt’s Jigra

Amid the ongoing feud between Divya Khossla Kumar and Alia Bhatt regarding their films Savi and Jigra, Divya has escalated tensions by taking a direct shot at Alia on Instagram. She posted a photo of an empty theater, pointedly accusing Alia of having empty screenings for Jigra.
She claimed that Alia allegedly purchased tickets for ‘fake collections’. Sharing a photo of an empty theatre, Divya wrote, “Went to Citi Mall PVR for Jigra show. Theatre was totally empty, all theaters going empty everywhere. #Aliabhatt me sach mein Bahut #Jigra hai, khud hi tickets karide aur fake collections announce kar diye. Meanwhile, Jigra revolves around Alia Bhatt’s character, who orchestrates a jailbreak to save her brother.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt’s film opened with a single-digit figure at the domestic box office. The film, directed by Vasan Bala, was expected to collect in the range of Rs 4-5 crore nett on its first day, and it did just the same. The thriller earned Rs 4.25 crore nett on Friday, reported the trade website Sacnilk.
