New, Lot of 4 of these THEATRICAL black felt cowboy hats with black faux sequin bands. I could not find a model shot of this exact combination, (either the band was the wrong color, or the hat was a plastic version). This hat sold to dance teachers for . It is the stiff felt with the stitched brim, please see all photos. The size on the hat would fit from a medium child to a small adult head. I have a small head and I could wear it. If you don't like the faux sequin band, it is easily removed, just slips off and under it is a black vinyl (more narrow) band that comes attached to the hat. attc
