New with attached and original hangtags, this cute little mini topper is so versatile.Lot of 48 here. It comes with an attached hat fastener, just pull it under the chin or under a hair style (if you need to hide it) or it can be removed very easily. Wolff Fording used this hat with many different tap costumes, but it could be a little clown accessory or be used on a doll or teddy bear. Many of the models are showing them with hatbands or flowers or feathers, none of those items are included.  One of the pictures shows the measurement across is 4 & 3/4" including the brim.
